Emily Kemp’s Biography

I'm a journalist who is also proficient at graphic design and photography. (Yes, keeping up with a demanding and changing industry).

My background is news journalism. I first became a journalist as I'm passionate about social issues and an idealist (dreamer). What I discovered is that everyone has a story. I'm known to create a story that's a fair impression of the interview and I never miss a deadline.

Most recently I helped grow a startup online news website in a Canadian ski town. It began as digital-only and a year later we began to produce a monthly lifestyle print product.

I have also created, designed and written a 60-page ski season guide.
