After studying communications at Pace University, Emily interned at the Food Network and INSIDER. She now works at Reader's Digest (RD.com) as an assistant staff writer covering all things health, fitness, and food.
Emily spends most of her time reading, re-reading, writing, re-writing, watching and re-watching. In her spare time, however, she can be found lifting weights at the gym or testing her healthyish recipes.
