Semantic Attention and Structured Model for Weakly Supervised Instance Segmentation in Optical and SAR Remote Sensing Imagery
4.4. Experimental Results on the NWPU VHR-10 Instance Segmentation Dataset The SASM-Net proposed in this study not only achieves basic weakly supervised instance segmentation by modeling spatial relationships, but also adapts to the limitations of cluttered backgrounds, insufficient sensitivity to edges, and significant scale variations. We conducted many experiments to evaluate the effectiveness of SASM-Net in instance segmentation tasks based on optical remote sensing images.
Query-Based Cascade Instance Segmentation Network for Remote Sensing Image Processing
1. Introduction All countries are paying great attention to urban land planning, agricultural management, and marine environmental monitoring, which are related to economic and military development. Additionally, they also have significant impacts on the ecological environment of the earth [1,2,3]. Thus, earth observation technology is of vital importance.
Meta-Knowledge Guided Weakly Supervised Instance Segmentation for Optical and SAR Image Interpretation
Abstract : The interpretation of optical and synthetic aperture radar (SAR) images in remote sensing is general for many tasks, such as environmental monitoring, marine management, and resource planning. Instance segmentation of optical and SAR images, which can simultaneously provide instance-level localization and pixel-level classification of objects of interest, is a crucial and challenging task in image interpretation.
