We are the conduit and platform to let others shine.

Why did you become a journalist?
No one else wanted to interview the music artists and bands.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
Yes I wrote articles and did the add sales.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
The Dolly Parton interview help put the FOX 17 Rock & Review on the map, but I'm proud of all the artist interviews.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Over prepare, over research and listen more than you speak.

A great pitch includes everything and the kitchen sink. It has images, music links, bio, charted songs and social media followers!

A DM from a music artist "Interview me!"
