As the Founding Director of Henry Schein Business Solutions and DBI, he earned recognition for programs that continue to impact practices nationwide.
Coaching Background
Outside of Eric's business career, he has also been active in coaching. At STiKS Baseball Academy, where he worked for nearly four years, he focused on player development, discipline, and teamwork. His efforts supported athletes in both performance and personal growth.
He also coached boys' basketball at Southeast Christian School for almost two years. His emphasis on fundamentals, communication, and leadership helped young athletes succeed while also learning values that extended beyond sports.
