The dangerous myth of ‘equal protection’
By , Op-ed contributor So far this year, bills have been introduced in at least four states that aim to abolish abortion, including changes to the criminal code that would prosecute women who get abortions with murder. In some states, they could get the death penalty. Advocates of these bills invoke the principle of “equal protection,” the idea that killing an unborn baby is no different from killing anyone else.

National Day of Remembrance on September 14 Will Remember 61 Million Babies Killed in Abortions
You already know that nearly one million unborn children are aborted every year in our country. But do you know what happens to the bodies of all those aborted babies? Most of them are incinerated. Some are thrown into landfills. Some are flushed down the drain. And believe it or not, a handful of these children have actually been given a proper burial. In fact, there are more than 50 burial sites of aborted children all over the country.
Pivoting to Unwanted and Coerced Abortion: A Manifesto
I was angry [at] my mother for encouraging me to get an abortion. I was mad at my boyfriend for (unwillingly) giving me the feeling that he didn’t want this child and therefore also encouraging me in the direction of getting an abortion. I was mad at people who would have liked it if I had the child but didn’t pressure me enough. The testimony above, posted anonymously at the website ShoutYourAbortion.com, reveals the largely hidden reality of abortion in America.
Was That “He Gets Us” Super Bowl Ad Actually Pro-Life?
Over the past two weeks, a controversy has roiled the pro-life movement online over the portrayal of anti-abortion outreach in the now famous “He Gets Us” ad that aired during the Super Bowl. Many pro-life leaders, like my friends Ryan Bomberger, Seth Drayer, Jonathon Van Maren, and others, have sharply criticized the ad. I think they’re wrong.
Joe Biden Confronted With Pictures of Babies Killed in Abortions
Yesterday morning, my crew and I raced up to Belvidere, Illinois to protest Joe Biden outside a speech he was giving to the United Auto Workers there. The protest was very last minute. The Biden Administration always waits until the “morning of” to reveal his travel plans. If their goal is to scuttle protests like mine, then they totally failed! Here I am with a few of the volunteers who joined me to protest Biden’s abortion extremism.
Why We Go Christmas Caroling Outside Abortion Facilities
A young woman sits in the waiting room of American Women’s Medical Center on Chicago’s northwest side, waiting to be called back to the operating room for her procedure. Even now, she’s unsure about the choice she’s made. She knows that abortion is against her religion, but she feels cornered. This is the only way out. Then she hears something that breaks through her anguished thoughts. A group of voices is singing outside the building.
These Graphic Pictures Show What Planned Parenthood Is Fighting For
Employing euphemisms like ‘choice’ and ‘reproductive rights,’ abortion advocates are desperate to keep Americans from thinking about the children who are being killed. Warning: Graphic images of aborted babies appear at the bottom of this article. Sensitive people or those personally affected by abortion may especially wish to not view them.
Business Is Booming At Planned Parenthood — But Only When It Comes To Abortion Via @dailycaller
Planned Parenthood has finally released its 2015-2016 annual report, a slick document filled with some impressive looking figures on how many services they have provided at their more than 600 facilities. The controversial organization is desperate to prove they’re playing a vital role in the nation’s health care in the midst of a growing campaign to end their massive government funding.
Nationwide #DefundPP Rallies Point To 4 Reasons Planned Parenthood Should Be Defunded Via @dailycaller
This past weekend, I led a coalition of over 60 pro-life organizations in a series of over 220 #DefundPP rallies, calling for Congress and President Trump to fulfill their promise to defund Planned Parenthood. These rallies have sparked a national conversation about Planned Parenthood and whether they deserve the $430 million of federal funding they receive from taxpayers each year.
Encouraging First Steps For Pro-Lifers From President-Elect Trump Via @dailycaller
During the Republican primary, Donald Trump wasn’t the first choice for most pro-life voters. He was a recent convert to the pro-life position, and never appeared comfortable talking about the subject of abortion. Meanwhile, among his opponents were recognized pro-life champions who brought both eloquence and an impressive track record on the pro-life issue to the race. That skepticism remained during the general election, even if the vast majority of pro-life voters cast their ballots for Trump.
As Planned Parenthood Turns 100, This Is Their Biggest Lie Via @dailycaller
Guess who said this: We of today know that man is born of sexual union; that he starts life as an embryo within the body of the female; and that the embryo is formed from the fusion of two cells, the ovum and the sperm. This seems so simple and evident to us that it is difficult to picture a time when it was not part of common knowledge. These are not the words of a pro-life activist. They’re not the words of a clergy council or a political action committee.

Last month, the American Academy of Pediatrics issued Contraception for Adolescents, a policy statement recommending physicians promote the progestin implant and the intrauterine device (IUD) for teen girls. As the father of six girls, including three teenagers, I find this new recommendation particularly disturbing. It’s not just that I bristle at the thought of a doctor asking my daughters a battery of questions about sex, as the AAP recommends.
Obama Administration Shell Game on Pro-Abortion HHS Mandate Continues
After losing in the Hobby Lobby v Burwell Supreme Court case earlier this summer, the Obama administration has just issued new rules for the notorious “HHS Mandate,” the Obamacare provision that requires all employee health plans to include free contraceptives and abortion-inducing drugs. This marks the eighth time the Obama administration has modified the HHS Mandate.
