español La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre inteligencia emocional y el clima escolar en estudiantes de una institución privada en Villa el Salvador, Perú. Para ello se realizó un estudio cuantitativo, básico, correlacional, no experimental y transversal. Mediante muestreo no probabilístico se seleccionaron 142 estudiantes de primero a tercero de secundaria, con edades entre 12 y 15 años.
