1. Introduction Physical inactivity, a modifiable risk factor of non-communicable diseases (NCDs), overweight and obesity, is increasing globally in all age groups, including adolescents. Studies in 2012 and 2016 reported that at least 80% of adolescents did not meet daily physical activity guidelines of at least 60 min of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) [1,2].
