Evyatar Nitzany is the former Electrophysiology Program Manager at El Camino Health in Mountain View, California. With over a decade of focused experience, he applied a structured approach to operational leadership in the demanding field of cardiac care. In this position, he was responsible for developing efficient service lines, managing infrastructure growth, and guiding the program through the processes that led to accreditation and national recognition.

His studies began in the United States, where he explored biotechnology and developed an interest in its clinical applications. Nitzany earned a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from the University of Florida, with a minor in Chemistry. He later completed a Master of Science in Biotechnology at the University of California, Irvine. To focus further on cardiac care, he joined the Cardiac Specialist Program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute in Greenville, South Carolina, where he received specialized training in electrophysiology.
Evyatar began his career at Biosense Webster as a Clinical Account Specialist, where he worked with the CARTO 3 mapping system and provided technical and clinical support to hospitals across the Bay Area. His role extended into physician training, strategic hospital engagement, and account development. In 2016, he joined El Camino Health as an Electrophysiology Coordinator, where he provided clinical case support, equipment planning, and team training.
By 2019, Nitzany was promoted to oversee both Electrophysiology and Interventional Radiology, expanding his responsibilities to include equipment acquisition, workflow standardization, and technology integration. In 2022, he was appointed Program Manager, where he led a 400% increase in program volume and directed key initiatives, including the construction of advanced EP labs and achieving Cath/EP accreditation. His work was also recognized in EP Lab Digest.
Evyatar holds RCES certification, enabling him to effectively connect with teams across technical and clinical roles. His community involvement includes support for Jewish organizations, youth programs, arts institutions, and education-related causes.
