Evaluating the Accuracy of Large Language Models in Dentistry: A Multi-Model Study Using Clinical Questions From Turkey's Dental Specialty Exams
1 Introduction The accelerated development of artificial intelligence (AI) in recent years has led to significant advances in natural language processing (NLP) and generative artificial intelligence (GenAI). Large language models (LLMs), a subset of GenAI systems, are specifically designed to understand and generate human-like text and have become increasingly prominent in educational and healthcare applications [1, 2].
Modernization Is a Journey, Not a Single Event — And That's the Hardest Part
Every modernization conversation I've been in eventually hits the same wall: the business wants speed, the architecture team wants stability, and nobody wants to touch the systems that actually make money. IBM just published a playbook that addresses this tension head-on — and it's worth a read if you're sitting in that middle seat. The core idea "Modernization is a journey, not a single event." Simple line, but it reframes the whole conversation.
Sustainability Isn't an Afterthought — It's an Architectural Choice
Every Earth Day I see the same posts — reusable cups, bike commutes, paperless offices. All fine. But working on enterprise architecture, I keep circling back to a quieter question: How much does our platform choice actually matter for sustainability? Turns out, quite a lot. IBM's net-zero 2030 commitment isn't just policy — it's baked into how IBM Z and IBM LinuxONE are designed.

The Evaluation of Oral Health Condition and Oral and Dental Care in Children with Congenital Heart Disease
4. Discussion Many studies have examined the oral and dental health of children with CHD. The effects of CHD on oral–dental health were grouped under three main headings in the studies: the effects of the disease on the teeth, the risk of infective endocarditis (IE) and the indication for treatment when dental intervention is required [20].

Carbonic Anhydrase VI Gene Polymorphism rs2274327 Relationship Between Salivary Parameters and Dental-Oral Health Status in Children
The aim of this study was to research carbonic anhydrase (CA) VI one single-nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and its potential association with dental-oral health status (dental caries, Plaque Index (PI) and Gingival Index (GI)) and salivary parameters (salivary buffering capacity, salivary flow rate (SFR)) in children. A total of 178 children were divided into two groups: non-carious (n = 70, 34 boys and 36 girls) and carious (n = 108, 47 boys and 61 girls).
