I am a multimedia journalist and documentary filmmaker with over 15 years of experience. I specialize in investigative reporting across Southeast Asia and beyond. My work focuses on under-reported regions and is guided by a commitment to gender-sensitive journalism. I believe this approach not only exposes gender-based inequality but also reveals the deeper, interconnected impacts of systemic marginalization. It shows how underrepresented communities, such as women, children, Indigenous peoples, and other minorities, are disproportionately affected by issues like environmental degradation, as well as broader human rights, health, and social justice concerns. At the same time, I am passionate about finding innovative ways to tell these stories for today’s young, diverse, and digital audiences. My goal is to create work that resonates across cultures and backgrounds and to engage the next generations, millennials and Gen Z, who hold the greatest stake in shaping and safeguarding the future of our planet.
