Optimizing the thermoelectric performance of n-type PbSe through dynamic doping Driven by entropy engineering As an ideal candidate for PbTe, which maintains excellent performance in mid-temperature, PbSe holds great application potential. In this work, based on an optimized dynamic doping material system, a series of entropy-enhanced n-type lead chalcogenides Pb1-ySnySe1-xTexSx-2at%Cu (x=0, y=0；x=0.1, y=0; x=0.25, y=0; x=0.25, y=0.125) are synthesized.
