Efficient TADF-based aerobic photocatalysts for sulfide oxidation in water by increasing hydrophobic crosslinking.
Efficient TADF-based aerobic photocatalysts for sulfide oxidation in water by increasing hydrophobic crosslinking. Aerobic photooxidation in aqueous phase is a promising field, but it faces the challenge of water-induced photocatalyst deactivation. In this work, we prepared three TADF-based photocatalysts with enhanced hydrophobicity to protect the excited state against water.
Tuning Aqueous Self-assembly of Porphyrins by Varying the Number of Cationic Side Chains
Tuning Aqueous Self-assembly of Porphyrins by Varying the Number of Cationic Side Chains Yanhui Guo, Shuheng Huang, Han Sun, Zhe Wang, Yutong Shao, Lukun li, zhiliang li and Fengling Song Abstract Due to their excellent electronic and optical properties, porphyrins are extensively studied conjugated macrocycles in supramolecular chemistry for assembling functional nanomaterials.
A turn-on TADF chemosensor for sulfite with a microsecond-scale luminescence lifetime
A turn-on TADF chemosensor for sulfite with a microsecond-scale luminescence lifetime A reaction-based luminescence chemosensor was synthesized for sulfite detection based on a fluorescein derivative with thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF). The chemosensor exhibited a fluorescence turn-on effect on sulfite with good sensitivity and selectivity.

Achieving Long-lived thermally activated delayed fluorescence in the atmospheric aqueous environment by nanoencapsulation
Achieving Long-lived thermally activated delayed fluorescence in the atmospheric aqueous environment by nanoencapsulation The fluorescent silica nanoparticles which encapsulated dye DCF-BYT with thermally activated delayed fluorescence (TADF) were fabricated in a simple synthetic method.

A near infrared heptamethine aminocyanine dye with a long-living excited triplet state for photodynamic therapy
Photodynamic therapy (PDT) calls for excellent photosensitiz-ers with low dark cytotoxicity and good phototoxicity. A stable nitroxide-modified near-infrared aminocyanine dye was de-signed and synthesized for PDT. The new aminocyanine dye has favorable hydrophilicity to assure its low dark cytotoxicity.
Improving brightness and photostability of NIR fluorescent silica nanoparticles through rational fine-tuning of the covalent encapsulation methods
Near-Infrared (NIR) fluorescence imaging technolgoy calls for highly bright and photostable emissive materials for long-time bioimaging and medical diagnosis. Herein, we report four aminocyanine dyes were covalently encapsulated inside silica nanoparticles by reverse microemulsion with different linkage methods.
