I just learned about Home Invest. Does anyone have any experience and feedback regarding them? I guess they find the properties for you, help finding contractors for renovations if necessary, and so on? I have not met with them yet but I wanted to see what the BP world thought of them. It almost seems like you either search Realtor.com and do the BP analysis worksheet and find a deal that way, or pay a fee and Home Invest finds it for you?
There are several companies mentioned on this thread. Looking for a Property Management company in Chicago I have used Elite and currently using Letts out of westmont. Had some issues in the past, but it seems like it's finally getting stabilized in the last few months.
