Competition Commission of India (CCI) has filed a transfer petition with Supreme Court seeking transfer to the apex court from various High Courts of as many as 23 legal challenges to its 2019 investigation of Amazon and Flipkart. In its petition, the competition watchdog has alleged that various sellers of platforms Amazon and Flipkart had mounted legal challenges before various High Courts to scuttle the CCI probe.
