ABSTRACT Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) drive economic diversification and employment in Southern Africa; however, their growth is often limited by financial capacity. This study examines how financial literacy, disaggregated into financial attitude, awareness, and knowledge, affects SME growth in Windhoek. Using a cross-sectional quantitative design, data from 299 SME operators were analysed using partial least squares structural equation Modelling (PLS-SEM).
