After Oracle acquired TOA Technologies, he managed Oracle's field service business for Latin America and the Caribbean, driving substantial growth in ACV bookings and expanding into new verticals.
In 2017, Francis transitioned to ClickSoftware as the Vice President for Southern Europe. In this role, he played a crucial part in reorganizing Click's sales and account management organization in Southern Europe, achieving notable successes, including signing new logos and managing key accounts. His leadership and strategic vision were crucial in driving business growth and achieving significant milestones in this competitive market.
In 2020, Barassi joined OverIT USA, Inc. as the Vice President for North America.
