Hello, I hope that anyone that reads this post is having a blessed day. We currently have a property sitting in Pensacola, FL that needs extensive renovation, to include full electrical rewiring, HVAC, Windows, some framing, kitchen, baths, beds, drywall and paint. This project is extremely delayed and we need to get it back on track ASAP. I would truly appreciate any investor savvy referrals that you could provide. Thank you all in advance.
