Frank Chiaro is a curious academic whose life is full of devotion and dedication to nature and to his community. Inspired by individuals who find wonder and brilliance in our world, Frank is fascinated by nature as a source of wonder and ingenuity alongside its life-giving abilities. He is particularly interested in water conservation and protecting our water sources as a planet. This passion drove his enrollment in his high school’s Lake Ecology - and later Marine Biology - programs through Shedd Aquarium. He also worked with the Pacific Discovery GAP Program and still volunteers with the Cook County Forest Preserve Volunteer. Most recently, Frank traveled to Ecuador for five weeks, where he worked as a volunteer within environmental science.
Another interest of Frank is the arts. When he was in high school, Frank took guitar lessons and has since been playing music for relaxation and improved mental health. Frank enjoys a wide variety of hobbies in his free time, which helps him keep up with his creative mind and keep him occupied. He also enjoys creating music with his beat pad. Frank Chiaro’s love for nature and animals along with his desire to help others have motivated him to volunteer at animal shelters to enrich and care for the lives of the animals.
Frank Chiaro is also an avid learner and is always seeking new knowledge and experiences. Frank's passions and hobbies make him a well-rounded and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive impact on his community and the world around him.
