NBA, We have a Problem
I went to a restaurant a few days ago and ordered an aged, prime ribeye. My wife and I hired a babysitter. We were really looking forward to a planned night out without the kids. When the waiter brought my steak, it wasn’t a steak at all. It was a hamburger. I asked the waiter what was going on and he said they didn’t have any ribeyes tonight, so I’d have to eat the hamburger. When I was given my bill, I was charged for the ribeye. Again, I asked him to explain.

Obviously, this was bittersweet for most Spurs fans, because we have been begging for Lonnie minutes for more than a year now.
Fire Everyone, Trade Pop
The San Antonio Spurs are 7-14, but they are not as bad as this record indicates. National media talking heads look at our record and make their formal declaration of death, without watching the games. By the way, I do not blame them. The games are ugly. But if they watched the Spurs games, or even glanced at the Spurs final scores, it'd be evident to them that the Spurs have been incredibly unlucky and that they have dropped a ton of close ones.
What makes Dejounte Murray different
Dejounte Murray is a different kind of player. His physical attributes set him apart, but so do the little things he does throughout the game that put him in position to succeed. What follows are some things I noticed while watching the Spurs defeat the Raptors Monday night. I think they go a long way towards understanding what separates Dejounte from the average player.
