Frederick Grippo’s Biography
Grippo attended Marlboro High School in Marlboro Township, New Jersey, where he graduated in 1998. He then attempted to earn a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey's famous Business School.
Frederick Grippo began his career in sales at Merrill Lynch. He soon established himself as a prominent financial advisor, advising high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate 401K plans. He chose to relocate closer to his family and experiment with something new. Automobiles. After gaining an understanding of the business and successfully shifting an average of 52 units each month, he was promoted to General Sales Manager. Grippo assumed responsibility for three locations and 124 people as a result. He had discovered the area in which he excelled, and others had undoubtedly noticed this as well.
Grippo then founded and built Empire Health Group, an insurance brokerage, out of a desire to broaden his horizons and work for himself. Empire Health Group expanded to many satellite locations and over 23 agents under Grippo's leadership.
