Molecular identification and functional analysis of CTRP9 in Epinephelus coioides
CTRP9 is a member of the C1q/TNF-related protein (CTRP) superfamily and has been studied in mammals, while the comparative studies of CTRP9 in non-mammalian species are still absent. In this study, CTRP9 was isolated and characterized from the orange-spotted grouper (Epinephelus coioides). The full length cDNA of CTRP9 was 1378 bp in size with ORF (open reading frame) of 1020 bp which encods a 339 amino acids preprohormone.
OHP-010 Preoperative serum carcinoembryonic antigen levels are associated with histologic subtype, egfr mutations and alk fusion gene in completely resected lung adenocarcinoma patients | European Journal of Hospital Pharmacy
Background Serum carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) is usually elevated in lung adenocarcinoma patients, but not in all patients. Lung adenocarcinoma subtypes have been defined by the new International Association for the Study of Lung Cancer/American Thoracic Society/European Respiratory Society international histological classification. Both epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation and anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) fusion are the main genes in lung adenocarcinoma.
CP-033 Application analysis of drug rational use management system in a tumour specialised hospital
Background In a tumour specialised hospital, the proportion of tumour inpatients is high, and off-label drug usage is common. In addition, there are drug interactions and compatibility issues, as well as unreasonable use of drugs. Thus several prescription review software systems are used in tumour specialised hospitals.
CP-061 Postoperative nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients receiving TPN with different doses of compound amino acids
Background Colorectal cancer incidence has increased year by year, and surgery is the main treatment. Postoperative intravenous nutritional support is conducive to early recovery in patients with colorectal cancer. Purpose To assess postoperative nutritional status of colorectal cancer patients receiving total parenteral nutrition (TPN) with different doses of compound amino acids.
CP-071 Prognostic value of circulating IGF-1R/VEGFR in advanced gastric cancer
Background Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) plays an important role in the formation of new blood vessels involved in the growth and metastatic spread of solid tumours. Moreover, increasing experimental evidence suggests that insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) may modulate tumour angiogenesis via activation of expression of VEGF in solid cancers. However, there is limited information regarding the clinical significance of serum IGF-1R and VEGFR levels in advanced gastric patients.
