Oslo, 5 November 2026 Nordic Mining ASA announces that the bondholders of Engebø Rutile and Garnet AS ("ERG"), a subsidiary of Nordic Mining ASA (the "Company"), have today approved the proposal set out in the summons for a written resolution dated 5 November 2026 for ERG's senior secured bonds (ISIN: NO0012734112). The approved proposal provides for emergency super senior financing, amendments to the existing bond arrangements and related royalty and intercreditor amendments.
