What was your first job as a journalist?
Collecting and writing stories.

Yes though for a very short time.

Enabling real time transfer of news to consumers although it has increased rate of transfer of fake news.

What does it mean to be a journalist?
Waking up every morning knowing that there are thousands of people out there looking up to you to feed them on local and world events.

How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I prefer when one has all the facts right and the story told in an orderly manner.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Computer, phone, camera, Microsoft word, word editor

Why did you become a journalist?
To keep the world informed about all that goes around them and help them make the best out of it.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I was the editor for the Monday morning news and even got awarded for it.
What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
This one story I did about why most rural boys are dropping out of schools in large numbers.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
To be Patience and persevere because it takes resilience to be a good journalist.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Early in the Morning.
What's the best pitch you ever got?
To help write about this guys who were coming up with a platform to filter fake news. Looked incredible!
What's the worst pitch you ever got?
This guy who interrupted our conversation and decided to pitch for a dozen or so ideas. I was left totally confused on what he really wanted.
What's your favorite drink?
Hibiscus tea with honey
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
In the library.

Business Daily
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
I look anti social hence will always find it hard to get people open up to me about their stories.
