At IDC, my coverage includes print hardware history, forecasts, and market sizing; document solutions software, including print management, device management, and enterprise output management software, which includes digital/cloud fax.

Prior to joining IDC, for more than a decade, my coverage areas included servers, air conditioning systems, e-payments, and global migration and remittances.

In the '00s, I specialized in telecom, writing an early report about the fiber-to-the-home industry. Other telecom coverage areas included competitive telecom carriers, cable telecom, fixed wireless.
