Yeah, we as fans get caught up in all the nonsense in the build up of fights and really don't take into account how dangerous the sport of boxing really is sometimes. I saw this, or part of it a while back and immediately felt like an ass! In the build up of the Jacobs/Golovkin fight I made a terrible statement saying I wanted G to be ruined. I never said anything like that before and I will never say that again.

I would probably rate Diego Corrales-Jose Luis Castillo 1 as the top lightweight title fight this century, in terms of pure action. That will always be hard to beat. But it was also a matchup of champions. The crowd was split evenly. Kambosos-Lopez was basically great from beginning to end. While there may have been a few rounds with little action, it had intagibles like all the belts (and the Ring title) were on the line.

Then he'll fight for the undisputed vs Fury most likely... that would be in April - May 2023 At that point he'll be 36 years old.

Spence is going to beat Pac-Man up
I could see it being somewhat competitive the first 2-3 rounds but then it's game over. Spence is too much for this version of pacquiao who will be 43 when this happens. Hopefully he doesn't get sparked out. Spence will get his money no doubt as will Pac-Man but in terms of a competitive fight this is not it.

I feel vindicated
I've never been a fan of Loma personally. Hes a good fighter and I respect his skills. But hes always been overrated. If we are going to hold him up to beat fighter in the world p4p. Loma AND Crawford haven't beat ANYBODY and yet the entire forum has blown smoke up their asses for years. And now Loma looks scared and amateurish in style against a fighter hes supposed to school. Yes Lopez is younger bigger and stronger. An up and coming KO artist. He's only beat 1 name in Commey which was a good win in dominating fashion. Lopez talked himself into this fight which is a smart move business wise. I can see Loma outboxing him handily making it similar to a Luke Campbell type of affair.

I had it a draw. Thats what happens when you score a fight at the live event lol I had it 8-4 for Fury. Mistakenly believed that would equate to a draw with the two 10-8 rounds for Wilder. NOPE. 8-4 Fury Points 8 X 10= 80 points 2 x 9= 18 points 2 x 8= 16 points total 114 for Fury Wilder 10 X 4 = 40 points 9 x 8= 72 total 112 114-112 for Fury should have been my score Even if you scored a round 10-10 it would be 114-113 Fury. Its a serious stretch to give Wilder 5 rounds.

I completely forgot this fight was set for THIS upcoming Saturday Crawford is as usual a heavy favorite over Kavaliauskas at -2250 Kavaliauskas is 21-0-1 having a draw over Ray Robinson. Dont know if that draw was a robbery or if it was a close fight. If Kavaliauskas has a chance its because Crawford completely sleeps on this guy and is not in good shape. Either way, I have no idea why this fight was even sanctioned as Kavaliauskas is nowhere near ready to be fighting a top talent like Crawford.

Just watched the first fight again, very closely. Seemed like Ruiz got to AJ whenever he pressed it. Those counters were so sharp and quick. AJ tried to circle, jab jab, right hand. Didnt matter. Ruiz was just too fast for him. I initially believed that it was the left hook in the 3rd round that was AJ's undoing. But, after reviewing the tape, AJ was having decent success in the 5th and the first half of the 6th. So much for being concussed.
