Graeme Bell’s Biography
Graeme Bell has been traveling the planet overland, full-time for more than a decade. He has circumnavigated South America, explored from Argentina to Alaska, crossed the USA a few times, and drove from Europe to his native South Africa via the west coast of Africa. He most recently drove an American truck to the Arctic Ocean in winter and now calls Mexico home. His home on the road is a Land Rover Defender affectionately known as Mafuta, Graeme has written four books about his travels and, together with his wife Luisa, authored Travel the Planet Overland, a field guide for overland travel. Graeme is the Senior Editor 4WD for Expedition Portal and Overland Journal and a Member of the prestigious Explorer’s Club.
