New York Townhouse by Greg Natale
Pastel and playful, the kitchen is grounded by the warmth of the European Oak, engineered timber floorboards by Tongue & Groove. Natale designed this unique, rhythmic pattern as part of the newly launched Co.Lab range. This home is an intersection of art, history and design – a deeply personal expression of its inhabitants’ Italian heritage, their Parisian inspirations, and the magnetic eclecticism of New York itself.
Making Safe Hires Matters During Seasonal Lulls in Casinos
Commercial gaming typically experiences a series of slowdowns throughout the year. Industry analysts at CBRE have noted that for Las Vegas, July and August have always been seasonally slower, with less convention business and high heat keeping customers at home. However, this isn’t the only dip casinos face. Commercial gaming often eases off around the holidays before picking up again intensely around the New Year.
The proven secret to elevating the in-store and online shopping experience
In a recent chat with OneMusic covering my latest projects, inspirations, and tips for Australian small businesses on how to maximise customers’ brand experience, I highlight the importance of music licensing in bringing commercial spaces to life. A master at creating ambiance through texture, colour, geometry, and pattern, my passion for blending eclectic design influences in my work is underpinned by his use of sensory outputs like sound to craft stunning and unforgettable spaces.

With two sitting and two dining zones, she's forever using it for entertaining friends and family, in all weathers and all seasons. Terracotta tiles, Skheme.
