Project team: Annie Charest and François Parenteau Structure: Usi-Home Area: 464 sqm (5000 ft2) The S-Pace Residence, designed by 1628 and located a few steps from Lake Memphremagog in Magog, was created to house the offices of an architectural firm, as well as to serve as the residence of its leaders.

An interplay of several green triangles on a steel structure articulates the intermediate liminal spaces between the interior and exterior of the building. Architects delivered a three-story office and retail complex in the Minami Aoyama district of Tokyo in 2015. The project is located on a hilly 750 square meter site bordered by streets to the west, east and north, the last of which is a private driveway integrated into the overall design.
