Identification of Potential Genomic Regions and Candidate Genes for Spring Wheat Pre-Harvest Sprouting Resistance Using Multiple Genome-Wide Association Study Models
1 Introduction Wheat (Triticum aestivum), as one of the food crops with the widest cultivation area and the largest consumption worldwide, provides humans with approximately 20% of energy, protein, and dietary fiber, and serves as a core pillar for ensuring global food security and nutritional supply (Ling et al. 2013). Its yield stability and quality directly relate to the sustainable development of the agricultural economy and the security of the food system (Asseng et al. 2011).

Fused Indacene Dimers
Polycyclic hydrocarbons consisting of two or more directly fused antiaromatic subunits are rare due to their high reactivity. However, it is important to understand how the interactions between the antiaromatic subunits influence the electronic properties of the fused structure.

Circumpentacene with Open‐Shell Singlet Diradical Character
Introduction In recent years, nanosized graphene fragments, also known as nanographenes (NGs), have gained significant attention due to their remarkable electronic,1 optical,2 and magnetic3 properties.
Circumpentacene with Open‐Shell Singlet Diradical Character
Abstract Circumacenes (CAs) are a distinctive type of benzenoid polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons where an acene unit is completely enclosed by a layer of outer fused benzene rings. Despite their unique structure, the synthesis of CAs is challenging, and until recently, the largest CA molecule synthesized was circumanthracene. In this study, we report the successful synthesis of an extended circumpentacene derivative 1, which represents the largest CA molecule synthesized to date.
Fully-fused boron-doped olympicenes: modular synthesis, tunable optoelectronic properties, and one-electron reduction
Fully-fused boron-doped olympicenes: modular synthesis, tunable optoelectronic properties, and one-electron reduction† Jing Guo,‡ab Kaihua Zhang,‡ab Yanpei Wang,ab Haipeng Wei, ab Wang Xiao,ab Kun Yang*ab and Zebing Zeng *ab Abstract We report here a novel family of boraolympicenes, structurally featuring boron-doping at the concave 11a-position of their π-skeletons and synthetically prepared via a facile one-pot triply borylation-based double-fold borocyclization reaction.
Circumcoronenes
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) have garnered significant attention in both organic chemistry and materials science,1 and some of them have been utilized in electronic and spintronic devices.2 PAHs with different edge structures exhibit considerably distinct physical and chemical properties.
Solution‐Phase Synthesis and Isolation of An Aza‐Triangulene and Its Cation in Crystalline Form
Abstract A nitrogen-doped triangulene and its cation were synthesized and isolated in crystalline form. The cation is an isoelectronic structure of triangulene, showing a triplet ground state with a singlet-triplet energy gap of about 0.84 kcal mol−1. Abstract Synthesis of triangulene and its derivatives is challenging due to their intrinsic high spin nature.
B-N-B Bond Embedded Phenalenyl and Its Anions
Despite the great potential of heteroatom-containing polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in organic optoelectronics, there are very limited reports on heteroaromatics containing a B–N–B bond in the ?-scaffold. Herein, stable 1,9-dibora-9a-azaphenalenyl (DBAP) derivatives, named BNB-embedded phenalenyls, are presented. The DBAP skeleton contains a three-center two-?-electron B–N–B moiety with 12 ?-electrons and can be regarded as the isoelectronic structure of the phenalenyl cation.
