Hamed Behrouzi

Hamed Behrouzi is a Lead & Senior Animator, Technical Animator, and AI Motion Systems Architect based in Seoul, South Korea.

With over 17 years of experience in animation and visual effects, he has contributed to major productions for Netflix, Apple TV+, Disney+, and international feature film studios. His credits include Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, Wednesday Season 2, The Witcher Season 4, Sweet Home Season 3, The Old Guard 2, Alice in Borderland, and Creation of the Gods II.

Currently serving at Scanline VFX / Eyeline Studios (powered by Netflix), he specializes in creature performance, technical animation, procedural motion systems, animation tooling, and AI-assisted workflows. Alongside production work, he conducts independent research in AI ethics, semantic identity systems, and human-centered AI design.
