Hani AlSaleh’s Biography
After College, I started my career at the Saudi Industrial Development Fund (SIDF). That’s where I got exposed to the industrial landscape and deep understanding of financial analysis and market segmentation as well as strategic maneuvering between competitors. After spending five years there, I wanted to get even more exposure to strategy and competitive advantage and decided to get my MBA from Babson college that is known for its leadership in Entrepreneurship. After graduating I joined the family business, which was in services, and managed to get my hands dirty in strategy, turnarounds, spinouts, growth, decline, profits, losses, JVs, boards, and the whole roller-coaster of managing a family business.
I’ve now been with the family business for 15 years as the CEO of Arabian Hala Co. and sit on the board of a few family businesses as well as on the board of NOVA water and on it’s executive board.
