Is Ryan good or is Benn not world level.
I don’t know how to feel about this fight for one main reason and that being Benn’s strategy. He just kind of bum rushed a guy with a devastating hook with his hands not in good position. now of course Ryan is so fast that even if he was to have his hand glued to his right temple he would probably still get caught a decent amount. Ryan has obviously developed his right hand a lot more and we saw that in his previous fight and this is what dropped Benn here.

Zayas is more of a boxer than a puncher or brawler so I’m not sure why he thought it was a good idea to slug with the more powerful puncher. Granted the fight turned out to be exciting because he slugged with Boots but he could have done himself more favors by trying to box on the back foot instead.

Crawford RAN Too Much against Canelo.
He was running all night long. It's a fight not a race. He had his running shoes on all night. Some of them rounds they had given to Crawford he was excessively running and constantly avoiding engagement. There was a lack of effective aggression, I scored numerous of them rounds a draw.

Shakur. Zepeda showed a **** ton of volume but most shots hit the arms, gloves or were cuffing shots. Some weak jabs landed to the head too, but clean punching ? Basically gone after round 5 after he got tired, with the last bit of round 8 being the exception. Shakur on the other hand had Zepeda's head snapping back for most of the fight. Zepeda's got heart and is gutsy, but he is just too one dimensional.

Great Fights Between Two Boxers Way Past Their Primes?
What are some of the best fights between two boxers who's clearly past their best or even washed up? My first thoughts are: Morrison-Ruddock - Great slugfest. Morrison dropped early and pounds Ruddock later in the fight to beat him by TKO in the 5th round. Thrilla in Manilla - This is pretty obvious. Both fighters are constantly throwing punches at each other non stop. Leonard vs Hearns 2 - This fight is way better than the first.

How many would favour making boxing 15 round fights again?
Yes but with the caveat they cut rounds 40 seconds so the fight isn't actually getting longer. The main advantage of 15 rounders would be more accurate scoring as less rounds means theres less margin for error. With 12 rounds more fights go the distance and the ones that do are more likely to be close and every individual mistake a judge makes matters more. A lot of the high profile robberys in recent decades can be attributed to the change from 15 to 12.
