Harry Rutter’s Biography

Harry Rutter is a freelance journalist and editor featured in dozens of national and international news outlets, including The Sun and talkSPORT. Specialising in UK and US TV and showbiz, he's held several roles across reporting, audience development and social media.

He was previously an Audience Editor at Reach PLC, working across titles including the Mirror, Express and Daily Star, plus Manchester Evening News, Birmingham Live and Liverpool Echo. Before that, he was seconded to New York as the Assistant Showbiz Editor for the launch of the Express US. He also helped launch the US project for the Mirror before being sent to America.

Harry has also previously worked at DailyMail.com as an Assistant Editor on both the UK and US websites. He was NCTJ trained at the Press Association in London in 2018 and also served as Live News Editor at Archant, now Newsquest. He was nominated for the Norfolk company's newcomer "One To Watch" award after just one year in the journalism industry in 2019.
