What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Keep writing! Write about anything and everything, from what inspires you to paid briefs, it is all ammunition for your arsenal.

Anytime, but be patient, this duck paddles furiously underneath it all.

Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
Vanity Fair is a fave of mine, but in all honesty, I read so much that my preference often lies with the topic or the writer themselves.
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That it is only beauty. We cover all aspects of wellbeing and lifestyle.
