Should I build my credit for a property loan?
I’m graduating next year and want to buy my first rental property within the next 3–5 years(maybe less but that is doubtful). I currently have no established credit. Would starting with a credit card (used responsibly and paid in full monthly) be the best way to build credit for an investment property loan? Also, for someone just starting out, what would you focus on first? I’m trying to build a strong foundation early and would appreciate advice from those who started young.

OPINION | Halle Bailey’s upcoming role shows talent knows no color
Halle Bailey is a Black actress starring as Ariel, a traditionally white character, in the upcoming 2023 live-action remake of “The Little Mermaid“. This has caused people online to attack Bailey unjustly saying she was only cast due to her skin color. Despite what color somebody’s skin is, or where they’re from, we all have one thing in common: we’re all human. Any human should be able to portray a character free of backlash as long as they are qualified and work hard to achieve that position.

OPINION | Microsoft’s multi-factor authentication: a smart way to stay safe
Cyber security is a serious issue for students, yet nobody seems to take it seriously. I remember receiving lectures throughout high school regarding cyber security and quickly brushing the information off as I didn’t think it was needed. I was wrong. A lack of digital security is something many people face nowadays with more and more of our lives being stored online. Many of us have private information, personal emails and credit cards stored online.

When I was getting close to starting my freshman year of college, I was worried about a lot including if I would like my professors. OPINION | Swipe dating apps made easy, but are they preferred?
Online dating is a weird and unreliable way to meet people, yet people worldwide choose to use dating apps. I’m one of those people. Having downloaded Bumble almost a year ago, I’ve been swiping left and right ever since. Despite the unnatural situation dating apps put you in, I still log on almost every day to see if there are any people with similar interests as me. Why? Well, because it’s easy.

OPINION | Flip phones make a comeback as latest tech trend
I can remember growing up and observing all of the adults around me using phones that flipped open and shut before they were forced out of popularity with the advent of the iPhone. Well flip phones are back—or at least trying to come back. Thanks to viral TikTok videos of creators using flip phones and documenting their experiences, the hashtag #bringbackflipphones has over 25 million views on the app. So, what is it about flip phones that is suddenly so appealing to Gen Z and myself?

Book I: Dr. Breacher, by Others by No One
[Music/Lyrics: Gregg/Mobarry] I'm slipping on the sea Could this be what's best for me? (It’s just another one down) One foot forward while the other one drowns Without the sunlight, drenched in the moonlight Destination in my sights I'll start my new life tonight A little letter to soothe their loss Will I still hold a place in their hearts?
VIDEO: Hungrybox's Hilarious Tribute to Fellow Melee Player
Juan "Hungrybox" Debiedma has acquired a slightly humorous history in the past few months. We have seen him roll on stage at The Big House, and we have seen him do things on his stream that just make burst out laughing. Hungrybox does it again with a new funny moment. This time it's sort of a weird tribute to Kashan "Chillindude829" Khan when he said "My B." We all remember the rap that he did, but this is just silly.
Video: PPMD Gives an Update on His Return
Kevin "PPMD" Nanney is often asked questions about his extended hiatus. He's always asked about his characters, his medical situation, and his knowledge of the game, but none of these come close to his most asked question. "When will you return?" We want to know. Fans want to know. The other gods want to know. We are patiently waiting for PPMD to return to a healthy place, so that he can join the Melee scene again. The most important thing is his health.
Video: Mew2King has a Secret Melee Talent
Jason "Mew2King" Zimmerman is widely considered a robot by the Melee community. This, however, has made him the most robotic player that any game has ever seen. With an amazing ability like this, we know that M2K definitely has the top frame data of any player in Melee. It's a mind-boggling thing to have such a great memorization of Pi, but to be able to state it all in that quick of a time span is almost equally as impressive.
Isai is Returning to Attend a Tournament Overseas
? Joel "Isai" Alvarado is probably the most known smasher from all walks of Melee and Smash 64 players. In his Melee career he innovated what we see now from Captain Falcon players. In Smash 64 he blew us away with all of his amazing skill and mastery of all characters. Isai a few years ago said that he would be stepping back from the competitive scene.
Making Sombra a More Reliable DPS in Overwatch
Sombra has a very interesting design style. She has a similar play style to Tracer yet still has a different feel to her. Though she has some crazy speed she lacks in the ability to out damage her opponents. There are many ideas that have surfaced regarding possible buffs to her, but many will not be used in her kit. Perhaps what needs to change is that her hack should do a little damage to her target.
VIDEO: Pharah Reaches Hilarious Heights
?We all know that games can have some funny mechanics. Some make the game, some break the game, and this one has become one my favorites. ??It would appear that as the grenade exploded Pharah jumped/boosted and soared high up above the sky.We are so very used to Pharah being high in the sky but never once was it that high in the sky. It would be scary if she was able to go that high at any moment in the game, though it would make for some pretty cool highlights of long distance snipes. Cue the R.
Design Director for LoL Receives Death Threats
Greg "Ghostcrawler" Street has talked recently about what kind of person you need to be when you are a game designer like he is. He tells us that you need to have thick skin and be able to submit your ideas for "The crucible of review." Regardless of requiring thick skin or not, dealing with death threats because of changes to the game should never be part of any game developer's job. He has even received strange and weird phone calls in the middle of the night.
Mang0 Mew2King Doubles Team Could be a Thing
Jason "Mew2King" Zimmerman has had a slight following regarding his doubles situation for Genesis 4. He has stated before that he would team with Justin "Wizzrobe" Hallett but it may not seem likely anymore. So then he gives us a tweet. It was this moment that our hearts explode. Joseph "Mang0" Marquez is willing to team with M2K. This could be one of the greatest teams of all time. Not only could it be great going forward, it has already been great as shown from previous tournaments.
Mew2King and Wizzy to Possibly Team
Jason "Mew2King" Zimmerman has been known to be kind of an oddball. When you first meet him it can be a bit different than meeting someone like Joseph "Mang0" Marquez. With all of his qualities, he can be known to make either hype decisions or off the wall ideas. This time I think he just blew our socks off. This would be an insane thing to happen, especially since Justin "Wizzrobe" Hallett has been on the rise this past year and could do an incredible job on this team.

Both of these people have amazing resumes and have contributed many things to this community and team.
Clip: Wizzy has no Knowledge of Pokemon/YuGiOh
Jason "Mew2King" Zimmerman and Justin "Wizzrobe" Hallett often play on stream together and come up with some of the most interesting topics or moments you can find on a Melee stream. This one is really great. O.K. how do you not have that kind of knowledge regarding Pokemon or YuGiOh? I thought that was a must for everyone. First the milk and cookies and now he's gonna mess with YuGiOh and Pokemon. Nope, that's too far.

It will be exciting to see each of these players duke it out.
What does ChuDat's Pose Mean?
We are all familiar with Daniel "ChuDat" Rodriguez's famous pose that he does after every win he gets. But it turns out that the pose has an unexpected meaning. It means "Lesbian" in American sign language, which can either be a really big offensive dis to his opponents or he just has no idea what he is signing. Either way, it's still really funny that we had no idea what the real meaning behind this most hated pose from any player.

Dizzkidboogie's Run at Don't Park on the Grass
Kyle "Dizzkidboogie" Athayde is generally not a very liked player in the eyes of fans. Of course though he is actually a super nice guy that you want to hug.
