1 INTRODUCTION The landscape of urothelial carcinomas (UCs) is predominantly occupied by bladder cancer (BC), leaving upper urinary tract urothelial carcinomas (UTUCs) as a relatively rare entity, accounting for a mere 5–10% of all UC cases.1 In the Western hemisphere, the incidence rate hovers around two individuals per 100 000 annually.
Discussion This randomised controlled trial aimed to investigate the effect of low Pnp pressure on the postoperative QoR and SWS in patients undergoing RARP. To our knowledge, this is the first study to assess these outcomes using both patient- and surgeon-reported measures. The results of this trial showed that low Pnp pressure significantly improved the postoperative QoR on the POD1, as measured by the QoR-15 questionnaire.
