Have you ever used a typewriter?

The best class my mother ever made me take was a typing class when I was about 10 or 11. We used electric typewriters!

I did work for my high school and college newspaper. I started out as a reporter and eventually served as editor.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Please remember that you are in one of the most important and honorable careers. You are the watchdog FOR the people; be factual

What's the worst pitch you ever got?

One that had Dear (Name) as the greeting.

What's your favorite drink?

Gin and soda or a nice craft beer

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Usually traveling :-)
