We welcomed our first grand child, Emmett - October 23rd. He truly is a sweetie, although we have yet to see him in person because during the time our daughter was having him, and in the hospital, we had Covid. Although we have since tested negative, Gerry has been quite sick still with lung issues and coughing. Suffering from post covid lung infection we are told. We are cherishing the photos she has been sending to us through texts though and know the time will soon come to see and hold him.

Interesting First Time Event for Us- Motosports Triple Crown Championship
Last weekend, CO-OP place was a dirt pile for professional bull riding. Now, that same dirt had been rearranged to produce an arena cross course for last night's big event. The best riders in the nation battled down to the wire for the Triple Crown Championship, in the tight confines of the Co-op Place yesterday evening. It was quite the event.. even had some little tykes out there at one point entertaining the crowd. Only 4-6 years old... so cute! Starting them young!

And Now We Have Two!
And now we have two! So we had started renovating the rv we had showed you all last time....and realized it was just too small for us so we decided to hault the renovations and look for another bigger one. We found another at a nice price that was decent for us..but still stuck with number 1. The first one was a 24 foot and the new one is 28. Despite the sweet deal we got with the first one, we still needed to put $6,000 into it to get it to something decent and reliable.

Well, we did some decorating around our place for Canada Day.. saw one neighbor with a flag out, and another on another street, but really felt there wasn't much happening as far as the whole decorating went. I even got myself a Canada Day t shirt. What I heard at the salon though today was one girl said she was conflicted to wear red/ white/ Canada flag..
