Halloween: The Game comes recommended for console
Reaching one million players in its first eight days across all gaming platforms, Halloween: The Game has met mixed reactions with some gamers criticizing its bugs and animation flaws and others praising its rich atmosphere, engaging gameplay and detailed maps.
Why should you go to drive-ins
“The drive-in will never die,” said film-critic Joe Bob Briggs. With new blockbuster superhero films and legacy sequels clobbering at our local cinemas, an often overlooked, but no less charming entertainment source should be recognized for its rich history and easy-going atmosphere – drive-ins.
Mortal Kombat II Komes Recommended
Released just over five years after its predecessor, the wait has seemed worth it for Mortal Kombat fans. Continuing off immediately after the events of “Mortal Kombat” (2021), we see our heroes entering the tournament to fight for the fate of Earthrealm from Shao Kahn. While the plot shares similarities with the infamous “Mortal Kombat: Annihilation,” it is not a remake, and no need to worry, it’s much better.

The Best Friends camaraderie, a “team culture where everyone is welcomed, everybody can be themselves,” as head cross country coach Brian Caldwell puts it, still resonates with a number of current athletes on the team despite its struggles over the past couple of years.
DGS tackles writer’s block
What affects every artist or writer from time to time? It’s a silent killer to productivity, and it can often lead to procrastination. It can sometimes be demotivating, and it’s something not everyone recognizes. It’s called writer’s block; It’s a creative slowdown. While it mainly affects writers, it also affects students at one point or another. Some more frequently than others. And indeed it is. Writer’s block is a component to the writing process. It can apply to story-writing or school essays.
PG-13 rating becomes new PG rating
Motion Picture Producers and Distributors of America (MPPDA) was founded in 1922 due to the lack of censorship of films and the increase of complaints of distribution at the time. Now every film must go through the Motion Picture Association, as the MPPDA was renamed in 2019, to get a full theatrical distribution around the United States. As well as the rating system, established in 1968, they’ve been reducing piracy and have elevated copyright protection.
