CSwinFK: a bidirectional cross-attention CNN-Swin Transformer fusion model for fungal keratitis classification in in vivo confocal microscopy images
Abstract Fungal keratitis is a corneal infection caused by filamentous fungi or yeasts. It can progress rapidly and, if not diagnosed and treated promptly, may lead to irreversible visual impairment or blindness. In this study, we developed CSwinFK, a classification model for distinguishing fungal keratitis from negative cases using in vivo confocal microscopy images. This model is based on a novel bidirectional cross-attention fusion of the CNN architecture and Swin Transformer.

Abstract Antibody–drug conjugates (ADCs) represent a rapidly expanding class of targeted cancer therapeutics that combine the high selectivity of monoclonal antibodies with the potent cytotoxic activity of small-molecule drugs. Their clinical success relies on the simultaneous optimization of multiple interdependent parameters, including antigen selection, antibody engineering, linker chemistry, and payload pharmacology, which limits the effectiveness of traditional empirical approaches.

Abstract Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a prevalent psychiatric condition with substantial personal and societal impact, yet its identification in large-scale populations still relies primarily on symptom-based clinical assessment. We introduce MD3S (Major Depressive Disorder Detection System), an artificial intelligence-assisted screening framework for identifying individuals with documented MDD using routinely collected laboratory and clinical information.
