Extracellular Vesicles in the Immune Regulation of Hematological Malignancies: Mechanisms, Prognostic Significance, and Therapeutic Opportunities
Abstract The progressive cross-talk between tumor cells and the immune microenvironment, which is required for tumor growth, progression, and dissemination, has been well documented in solid cancers and is increasingly recognized in hematological malignancies. Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are now emerging as essential facilitators of immune-tumor crosstalk.
Regulatory mechanisms of programmed cell death in hyperuricaemia and their disease relevance

Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences Grassland Research Institute, Hohhot, China Article metrics View details Abstract Fresh rumen fluid is a promising donor material for rumen fluid transplantation (RFT), but poor storage stability and batch variability limit its use.
Linking Bacterial Diversity to Rhizosphere Ecological Stoichiometry and Nutrient Availability in a Clonal Desert Plant
This study aimed to examine the relationships between rhizosphere (RS) microorganisms of the desert pioneer plant Psammochloa villosa and soil nutrient availability, with the goal of clarifying microbial mechanisms supporting its persistence in desertified regions and identifying potential targets for microbiome-based management. Using absolute quantification of 16S rRNA gene and ITS sequencing, microbial communities in the RS of P. villosa were compared with those in bulk soil (BS).

Regulatory role of lncRNA MSTRG.11540.1 on the novel-m1192-3p/CYP2C70 axis in modulating albendazole resistance in Haemonchus contortus - BMC Veterinary Research
Approximately 30 g of fresh feces were collected from sheep and thoroughly homogenized in a mortar. Saturated saline solution was added and mixed well to create a fecal suspension. The mixture was then filtered through a 0.25 mm mesh sieve for preliminary removal of large debris, followed by sequential filtration through 0.075 mm and 0.050 mm sieves to further eliminate fecal residues. The filtrate was collected, and 100 mL of 20% (w/v) sucrose solution was added.

Establishment and application of a qPCR method for differential detection of Brucella S2 vaccine strain - BMC Veterinary Research
In the part of identification and detection of Brucella S2 vaccine strain by duplex qPCR method, the sample used was a farm in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. This sample is a goat sample. In the clinical sample detection part, the sample used was a farm in Bayannur City, Inner Mongolia. This sample is a sheep sample.
Transcriptome reveals the roles and potential mechanisms of lncRNAs in the regulation of albendazole resistance in Haemonchus contortus - BMC Genomics
ABZ-sensitive strains: Infectious third-stage larvae were donated by Professor Wang Rui of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. ABZ-resistant strains were collected from Wulanhot City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The sensitivity of H. contortus to albendazole was verified by the faecal egg count reduction test (FECRT) and egg hatch assays (EHA), developed by the World Association for the Advancement of Veterinary Parasitology (WAAVP) [63].
Spatiotemporal distribution of human brucellosis in Inner Mongolia, China, in 2010–2015, and influencing factors - Scientific Reports
Abstract Human brucellosis is caused by Brucella species and remains a major burden in both human and domesticated animal populations, especially in Inner Mongolia, China. The aims of this study were to analyze the spatiotemporal trends in human brucellosis in Inner Mongolia during 2010 to 2015, to explore the factors affecting the incidence of brucellosis. The results showed that the annual incidence was 29.68–77.67 per 100,000, and peaked from March to June.
A global meta-analysis of livestock grazing impacts on soil properties
Global impacts of interactions between the grazing and main environmental factors on soil properties This meta-analysis found that 5 of 9 independent variables as covariates significantly impacted 4 or 5 out of 21 effect sizes of soil properties at the 0–10 and 10–30 cm depths. The other 4 independent variables significantly impacted 0–3 out of 21 effect sizes (Table 1 and S3 Table). As a result, we considered soil texture, animal (cattle vs.
