He was charged with 2 offenses each carrying up to 1 year each. But the sentencing guidelines limited to only 6 months. The judge said he showed no remorse and this morning Bannon was arrogantly smiling after the sentence. Why not give him the 6 months? I still haven't heard any monetary penalty.
