Dry Mask Transfer Lithography for High-Resolution Patterning of Nanomaterials and Molecular Interfaces on Arbitrary Substrates
This study introduces dry mask transfer lithography as a versatile microfabrication strategy that integrates the patterning resolution of photolithography with the substrate adaptability of soft lithography. In this method, a photoresist mask is first patterned on an elastomeric polymer stamp and subsequently transferred onto a target substrate by thermally modulating interfacial adhesion and viscoelastic energy dissipation.

Scanning superlens microscopy for non-invasive large field-of-view visible light nanoscale imaging
Figure 1a shows the basic concept of a microsphere-based SSUM. An AFM distance or interaction force control mechanism is introduced to adjust the position of the microsphere above the sample. The magnification of the microscope objectives used in the microsphere superlens-based nanoscale imaging is typically > × 50 with a limited working distance18,22,23,24,25,26. To be compatible with these objectives, a custom AFM system (Supplementary Fig.
