Confinement engineering for enhanced electrocatalytic nitrate reduction by integrating B-doped graphene with iron catalysts for long-term stability
Confinement engineering for enhanced electrocatalytic nitrate reduction by integrating B-doped graphene with iron catalysts for long-term stability Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction (NO3RR) is considered an economical and effective method for the removal of N-containing pollutants, and Fe-based catalysts show great potential for numerous electrocatalytic applications.

Strong metal-support interactions strategy for enhanced binder-free electrocatalytic nitrate reduction
Strong metal-support interactions strategy for enhanced binder-free electrocatalytic nitrate reduction Hongxia Luo, Chuqi Wang, Jiaqiao Wang, Yuanyuan Ma and Jianping Yang Abstract Electrocatalytic nitrate reduction reaction (NO3RR) is an attractive strategy to maintain the nitrogen neutral. Iron nanoparticles (Fe NPs) is one of the most promising electrocatalysts for NO3RR with low cost and high performance.
Iron Nanoparticles Protected by Chainmail‐structured Graphene for Durable Electrocatalytic Nitrate Reduction to Nitrogen
Abstract The electrochemical nitrate reduction reaction (NO3RR) is an appealing technology for regulating the nitrogen cycle. Metallic iron is one of the well-known electrocatalysts for NO3RR, but it suffers from poor durability due to leaching and oxidation of iron during the electrocatalytic process. In this work, a graphene-nanochainmail-protected iron nanoparticle (Fe@Gnc) electrocatalyst is reported. It displays superior nitrate removal efficiency and high nitrogen selectivity.
CVD graphene incorporating polymerized L-cysteine as an electrochemical sensing platform for simultaneous determination of dopamine and ascorbic acid
A graphene platform electrode (GPE) was prepared directly by transferring chemical vapor deposition (CVD) graphene films from Cu foils to polyethylene terephthalate substrates with the aid of polymethyl-methacrylate, a distinct advantage over previously developed methods. L-cysteine (L-Cys) was polymerized on a GPE by one-step electrodeposition technique to form a poly-L-Cys/GPE.
PEGylated deep eutectic solvent for controllable solvothermal synthesis of porous NiCo2S4 for efficient oxygen evolution reaction
As ionic liquids analogues or quasi-ionic liquids, deep eutectic solvents (DESs) have been applied in many fields in the past few years. Herein, a noval PEGylated DES composed of PEG 200 and thiourea was formed for the first time and was used for solvothermal synthesis of nickel cobalt sulfides. The structure and composition of the as-synthesized sulfides can be tuned by adjustment of the ratio of the reactants.
A novel non-enzymatic glucose sensor based on Cu nanoparticles modified graphene edge nanoelectrode
A novel, stable and sensitive non-enzymatic glucose sensor was developed by potentiostatically electrodepositing metallic Cu nanoparticles on the linear graphene edge nanoelectrode (Cu-GNE). The electrochemical performance of the Cu-GNE for the detection of glucose was investigated by cyclic voltammetry and chronamperometry.
