After two sectors in the final Q3 runs of Madring George Russell was within 0.1 seconds of Mercedes team-mate Kimi Antonelli. By the end of the lap, he’d dropped a further two tenths. An average of half-a-tenth loss in the first two sectors but four times that in the last one. In a survey of 500 full-time customer support agents, 81% said most of their conversations are never reviewed for quality. The same agents were clear that feedback works when it reaches them: 79% said the quality assurance feedback they receive is helpful.
