Hugh Naylor’s Biography

I’m a managing partner at a strategic communications consultancy called Inside Revolution, and not so long ago I was a Middle East correspondent with The Washington Post and The National. My words also appeared in The New York Times when I lived in Syria, years before the civil war.

In my time in the Middle East, I covered civil wars in Syria, Iraq and Yemen, as well as the revolution in Egypt and the Israel-Palestinian conflict.
