1 Introduction Stomach cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive tract worldwide, with particularly high incidence and mortality rates in East Asia [1]. According to the 2022 statistics from the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), approximately 970 000 new cases of stomach cancer were diagnosed globally, accounting for 4.9% of all cancers, whereas around 660 000 deaths were attributed to the disease, representing 6.8% of total cancer deaths.

1. Introduction There are still certain challenges for adaptive stable grasping on targets such as vulnerable bodies and irregular parts. The key to solving this problem is to design the manipulator with certain adaptability and flexibility for multimode active switching. Therefore, this work focuses on researching a manipulator that can achieve active switching between two-point clamping and envelope grasping.
We constructed a plasmid containing the PIV5 genes NP, V/P, and L that encode the NP, P, and L, respectively, with regulatory sequences (leader, trailer, and appropriate gene junctions sequences) (Fig. 1a). We inserted the EGFP gene downstream of the V/P gene as a reporter for easy tracking in live cells. To allow selection of cells containing AVLP, we inserted a selectable marker, hygromycin B resistance gene (Hyg), in the AVLP (Fig. 1a).
