Scott Huler’s Biography

Writer and producer of all kinds of nonfiction. Nonfiction books on everything from the Beaufort Scale of wind force to the Odyssey of Homer; radio pieces for NPR and PRI shows; journalism for the Times, the Post, and other usual suspects. Video projects hither and yon. Currently: supporting recently released "A Delicious Country," about the Lawson Trek, in which I retraced the journey in 1700-1701 of John Lawson through the Carolina country. www.lawsontrek.com.
