Social media is transforming news by speeding up how information spreads and changing who controls the narrative. It allows journalists to reach audiences directly and in real time, but it also blurs the line between verified reporting and opinion, making fact-checking and credibility more challenging than ever.

I prefer stories to be pitched clearly and concisely, highlighting why they’re relevant and what makes them different. A strong angle and solid facts always catch my attention.

Why did you become a journalist?

I became a journalist because I have always considered myself a curious person. I have also enjoyed reading a lot since I was a child, as we.

What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?

Stay curious, question everything, and never stop learning. And -most important- be a good person to be a good journalist.

Returning to the scene of an event after having interviewed the main subjects the previous day, when in my view, it was irrelevant.
